We know the power of community, but the power of a community helping a mother and caregiver is truly what every village needs! The Lil’ Village Child Watch is INCLUDED with The Monthly Membership & The Annual Membership!
Otherwise, there is a $10 per child fee for those that purchase a Drop-In or The Class Packs.

Register Online
We kindly ask that you register your little ones with Procare ahead of time using the link below. We can certainly help you in person too, registering ahead of time just helps reduce check-in time for you and our community.
For your very FIRST TIME coming in please arrive 30 minutes prior to class starting. This allows ample time to show you the check in process for Lil’ VIllage, tour you around the studio, plus we have a special gift for you on your first visit. It’s also VERY important for us that your kiddo/s feel safe and well adjusted at their first visit.
The Procare App will be used to check your child in and out plus send and receive messages with Lil’ Village staff
Getting Started
Click on the new student signup link to start the process
Fill out the new student page and submit — this will add your little one(s) to the childwatch system on our end
Download the ProCare App (Google Play Store or App Store) and create a parent profile
Register for YOUR class as you normally would, here
On arrival, you can walk into the Lil’ Village room and sign your child in using your unique pin from the Procare app.

Are there age restrictions?
The Lil’ Village is available for children 3 months – 11 years old
Who is caring for my child?
We have hired a wonderful group of people that truly care about the collective energy of all of these children! They truly go above and beyond! Most of them are mothers and caregivers just like you! They all understand that truly, it takes a village, and they want to be there to help in any way they can!
For the safety of our community and your children, we run background checks on ALL Village staff (childcare, front desk, teachers, etc.).
Can I register for Lil' VIllage in person at the Studio?
We kindly ask that you register your little ones with Procare ahead of time using our online portal at the link below. We can certainly help you in person too, registering ahead of time just helps reduce check-in time for you and our community.
If you do plan on registering in person and it’s your first time coming, try to arrive to class 15-20 minutes earlier so we can get the kiddos registered and acquainted with the new space!
Is Childcare available for all class times?
About 80% of our classes will have Lil’ Village child watch services available. The classes that will not have Child Watch are early morning and late evening.

Can I authorize someone else to pick up my child?
Yes. Through your parent dashboard in the Procare App, you can add an additional parent or authorized person for pick-up.
What Notifications Will I receive Through the app?
Notifications with time stamps for check-in, check-out process will be consistent with your time at The Village.
