No matter where you are in your yoga and movement journey we have a class for you! The fitness is obvious, but what comes under the fitness is where the magic happens. The self-confidence, the heart work, dealing and healing with our struggles together, this is the work, this is called showing up and this is what The Village will challenge you to do!

The Grit

Power Yoga

The growth is in the grit!! The Grit is our signature power class, set to sweet beats combining yoga, strength, cardio, core, and meditation. This powerful work allows us to shake the excess that builds in our day to day lives, it allows us to go beyond the poses and truly show up as our truest self. This class can be modified for most yoga and fitness level, come as you are.

The Flow

Vinyasa Yoga

Grow with the flow!! Expect the same great yoga, energy and music from our signature power class, The Grit, minus the cardio and jumping. This energetic form of yoga links breath with movement, you’ll flow, bend, strengthen, detox and build that foundational core. This class can be modified for most yoga and fitness level, come as you are.

The “Original” Hot 26

Yoga
Heated

The “Original” Hot 26 is the original hot yoga method consisting of 26 postures practiced in a heated room. This powerful beginner’s class is a static, therapeutic, and energizing series designed for all levels.

This series is designed to warm the whole body, allowing students to work deeper into the muscles, tendons, joints, bones, glands, ligaments, and organs while systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood to every part of the body. As a result, you will build strength, flexibility, balance, and an unparalleled feeling of mental and physical well-being and relaxation.

Each posture builds upon the previous posture and prepares you for the next. Come in well-hydrated and be prepared to sweat, heal, and have a bit of fun. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, come as you are.

The Pulse

Yoga w/ Weights

When hand weights met The Flow, The Pulse was born, it’s a true love story! With the use of weights (optional! Hand weights are not required), The Pulse is a dynamic blend of yoga, strength, cardio, core and moving meditation, it’s sure to get your PULSE up and heart pumping!!! This full-body workout is a great class for the mover that is looking to build muscle and strengthen the entire mind and body. This class can be modified for any yoga and fitness level, come as you are.

The Mobilty Flow

Yoga & Dynamic Mobility
Heated

Mobility is the intersection of strength and flexibility. This yoga class waves dynamic mobility exercises and static stretches into a vinyasa-like flow to increase mind-muscle connection, range of motion, muscle stabilization, and strength.

These benefits can be seen in the way we work out, the way we move in our day-to-day, and even in the way we breathe! If you are looking to create sustainable flexibility this is the class for you. This class can be modified for most yoga and fitness levels, come as you are.

The Slow Flow

Hatha Yoga
Warm Room (Not hot)

Using correct alignment and form this class will allow you to explore a less static more fluid way of moving your body into and out of hatha yoga postures. Finding relative stillness within postures will still be a part of this class and will be used to warm the body from the inside out.

This is an all-levels class, beginners will feel safe exploring accessible postures all the way to advanced yogis coming back to foundational work or challenged with cues guiding them to go deeper. The room will be warm (not hot) so prepare to sweat for those that want to push themselves or pull back and find your pace of choice.

You will use your strength to build upon your flexibility and your breath to connect your mind to your body. Join us and let’s slow down together.

The Roots

YOGA foundations
Warm room (not Hot)

This slower-paced foundational yoga class is perfect for those that are ready to start a yoga and movement practice or the seasoned yogi who needs to get back to the roots of their practice. This class can be modified for most yoga and fitness levels, come as you are.

The (boot) Camp

HIIT STYLE BOOTCAMP – NOT YOGA
NON-HEATED

Wear your tennies, bring your water and come ready to work! Where there is stretch, there must also be strength! The (boot) Camp is a full-body workout that will keep your mind and body forever guessing with all the thangs! Cardio, HIIT, bodyweight exercises, strength training, core, barre, pilates, mobility, and so much more. With optional hand weights and high repetitions, this class allows you to focus on form and timing. This class can be modified for most fitness levels, come as you are.

The Blend

Barre, pilates, mobility
HEATED & Non-Heated

The Blend is a combination of all things low impact and high intensity! With certifications in Barre and Pilates, your teacher will guide you through creative sequences using small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetition. We love to keep your body and mind guessing, besides Barre* and Pilates there will also be a blend of core, cardio, and strength (lightweights always optional). This class will help you build strength and muscle, improve flexibility, boosts endurance, improves balance, increases range of motion, and promotes better posture. This class can be modified for any fitness level, come as you are.

*Optional chair use or anything countertop height to assist with movement if attending virtually

The Barre

HEATED

This classic danced based format combines all your favorite mind body moves with ballet based strength and cardio. With the use of a barre, you’ll be impressed and surprised at your ability to  balance and engage longer and more deeply. Expect a yoga-centric warm up and cool down with Pilates and ballet fusion arms and low body work. Through small, controlled isometric moves as well as dynamic and powerful footwork and flows you’ll end your hour feeling longer and stronger, every time.

BirthFit™ 

Preconception/Prenatal/Postnatal
NON-HEATED

BirthFit has been at the forefront of the prenatal and postpartum exercise industry since 2013. BirthFit provides safe, effective strength and conditioning training for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

There is no better time to embrace exercise than when you are on your motherhood journey; whether you are TTC, pregnant, or postpartum. This class compliments the body and mind as it is designed to balance out the cardio and strength work from our other classes. We’ll start class with slow intentional sun salutations then sink to the floor.

The Breath penetrates deep into connective tissue and fascia expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body to release blockages and increase your energy flow. This class can be modified for any yoga and fitness level, come as you are.

The Breath + Yoga Nidra

YIN-BASED YOGA & BREATHWORK  
Non-HEATED

Learning to pause and take a breath is the first step in the practice of radical acceptance. The Breath is a slower-based yoga class, with longer holds, hip openers, and floor work. This class compliments the body and mind as it is designed to balance out the cardio and strength work from our other classes. We’ll start class with slow intentional sun salutations then sink to the floor.

Once the movement portion of class is complete, the teacher will then move everyone into a deep meditation known as Yoga Nidra. Yoga nidra is the art of conscious relaxation, where we will use our senses to become keenly aware of our body, energy and breath to source our own peace and calm our minds.

The Breath penetrates deep into connective tissue and fascia expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body to release blockages and increase your energy flow. This class can be modified for any yoga and fitness level, come as you are.

The Breath + Crystal Sound Bath

YIN-BASED YOGA & BREATHWORK

The first portion of this class will start with movement, then move into crystal sound healing. For the last portion of class, there is nothing being required of you other than sheer presence of breath. There is something so relieving and liberating knowing that there is nothing being asked of us, nothing to do, nowhere to go, but to simply exist as the beings that we are. This class will start off with some light stretching just to get acclimated to holding savasana for a longer period of time, then move into a sound healing meditation. With 7 Crystal Bowls, Caitlyn will serenade you into a relaxing, meditative state.

The Breath — Trauma Informed

TRAUMA INFORMED YIN-BASED YOGA & BREATHWORK  
Non-HEATED

Ever felt like you were stuck in fight, flight, or freeze? Is your nervous system completely dysregulated from excess stress and lifestyle? Working through big T or little T trauma alone and need community? Then lean in and let’s do this together! You’re not alone.

Learning to pause and take a breath is the first step in the practice of radical acceptance. The Breath – Trauma Informed is a slower-based yoga class, with longer holds, hip openers, and floor work while holding space for those healing and working through most forms of trauma.

The Breath – Trauma Informed penetrates deep into connective tissue and fascia expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body to release blockages and increase your energy flow. This class can be modified for any yoga and fitness level, come as you are.

The Deep

Meditation & Breath Work (very little movement)
NON-HEATED
Focus on the present and watch new perspective unfold as you endeavor into the deep. Think of “The Deep” as the class that you owe yourself; as a shift from fast to slow; a transition from shallow to deep.
 
The entirety of this class is spent comfortably lying down or seated, and you can expect little to no physical movement or performance during class as you are guided through relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, visualization, progressive muscle relaxation and reflection.
 
You can expect to “bridge the gap” between previous activities and the meditation experience, receive individual care in being set up comfortably, be guided through progressive relaxation and meditation, and end with reflective quiet time or optional activity to acknowledge and solidify any insights from your experience.

The Tween/Teens (Ages 11-18)

Warm Room (Not Hot)

Teen/tween yoga! A space where teens can connect to themselves, their peers, and the world around them. This class has a non-competitive vibe for teens and tweens to explore the physical practice of yoga including the complex poses of the asana practice, but made fun and accessible for their age. This class will also offer breathing exercises to combat the daily stressors of life and to build stress resilience as well as cultivate the mind body connection. Classes will sometimes revolve around a philosophical theme and may include journaling, group discussion and mindful art.

The Lil’ (boot) Camp (Ages 4-11)

The Lil’ (boot) Camp (Ages 4-11)

The Lil’ (boot) Camp is a high energy fitness and mobility class for all of the littles in your life, and YES, IT’S INCLUDED with your membership! Our goal is for you to be able to take a class at the same time as your littles or chill on the back patio!

This class will be incorporating games and drills that are age appropriate working to develop coordination, balance, speed and agility. We will build the love of active play, enhance social skills and foster teamwork mentality! This class is designed to help children feel amazing about what they can accomplish and build self esteem through group play and exercise! By using fun props and creative music, we will move and “work” our bodies, achieving those “look what I just did” moments!! With a non-competitive environment, we can truly encourage curiosity and fun in the big wide world of sports and movement! This is a class for your little to thrive and feel alive! Make sure your littles have water and appropriate athletic shoes.

Parents must stay onsite for class. Drop off and pick up will be in Lil’ Village aka Studio B (on the schedule). From there, depending on class size and ages they’ll either stay in Lil’ Village or some days will travel through the studio to the outdoor patio, weather permitting. When registering for the class through FitDegree sign up with your account name. When you get to the studio we will also ask for you to check in and register your littles with ProCare, our Lil’ Village software. Once this is complete the first time, it’s super easy to get in and out! Please text/call us at 830-643-9216 with any questions about getting started.

The Playground (Ages 3-6)

The Playground (Ages 3-6)

Play and exploration are two of the most important practices for kiddos, this is why we’re so excited about this class! And YES, The Playground is INCLUDED with your membership! Our goal is for you to be able to take a class at the same time as your littles or chill on the back patio!

Let your little one move and ground freely and intuitively through breath work (think bubbles and bumblebee breath), dance, sensory play, yoga and quiet time. Through intermittent sequences of play and rest, your child will have the opportunity to explore what brings them comfort, joy and peace. This class is designed to foster creativity and is incredibly laid back, so there’s no need to worry about “sitting still”-this is a place for all the wiggles and giggles. Enjoy your movement practice knowing your child is just a room away doing the very same with your village.  

Parents must stay onsite for class. Drop off and pick up will be in Lil’ Village aka Studio B (on the schedule). When registering for the class through FitDegree sign up with your account name.
